needs. Whether it is a new or existing dwelling or you want an Energy Audit completed

Dublin BER Certs is a member of BER Assessors Association of Ireland. We are registered
with the SEI (Sustainable Energy Ireland) and hold full professional indemnity insurance.
From the 1st of January 2009 a BER Certificate will be required for any existing
building offered for sale or rent. There is a maximum fine of up to €5,000 for not
having a BER cert when required.
Our enthusiastic staff have completed the highest education and training available
within the BER field. Our Surveyors have received minimum of a 70% grade level to
Qualify for SEI registration.
Dublin BER Certs staff work evenings and weekends and will perform the assessment
when it suits you best
